I am a Southern California native and I grew up in Hacienda Heights my entire life. I was a 4 year Varsity player in both Softball and Volleyball throughout high school. As many high school athletes do today, I played year round club volleyball and softball throughout my high school years. I was fortunate to have several offers to play at the Division I level and chose to attend LMU on a softball scholarship where I pitched all 4 years for my college team. I have coached Volleyball and Softball at the High School level since 1998. I was the Assistant Varsity Volleyball Coach at Wilson High School where I had the opportunity to work with many talented athletes. Most recently I have coached my children through school and parks and recreation.
I am married with 2 kids (Hailey 11 and Travis 9). I love anything outdoors and we have a very active family. I am an avid runner and enjoy running in races throughout the year. I am looking forward to a fun and successful year with BVC.
